No. RenewalRadar works alongside Salesforce (and other CRMs). We pull data from your CRM, analytics, and support tools to surface renewal risk—you manage the relationship in your existing tools.

How much data do we need to share?

We only ingest data necessary for renewal risk scoring: product usage, support metrics, billing trends, and CRM relationship notes. You control which data sources we access via API.

Can we integrate with tools not listed?

Our initial launch focuses on the most common mid-market stack (Salesforce, Segment, Mixpanel, Zendesk, Stripe). We're expanding based on early-access feedback. Let us know your stack and we'll explore it.
