The problem most CSMs face

Renewal signals live everywhere: product adoption metrics in Mixpanel, support tickets in Zendesk, billing anomalies in Stripe, relationship notes in Salesforce. By the time you spot a pattern, it's often too late.

RenewalRadar unifies these signals into a ranked weekly account list—no formula building, no data science team required.

How it works

Connect your tools

Pre-built connectors for Salesforce, Segment, Mixpanel, Zendesk, Stripe, and more. Deployed in 2 weeks, not 6 months.

Automated health scores

We ingest product usage, support sentiment, billing trends, and CRM data—then surface a unified risk score per account. No configuration needed.

Weekly action digest

Every Monday, your team gets a ranked list of at-risk accounts with templated intervention playbooks: talking points, next steps, timeline.

One-click interventions

Send a Slack message, log a task in Salesforce, or schedule a check-in—all from the digest. Turn insight into action in seconds.

Built for your team, your stack

RenewalRadar is designed for mid-market B2B SaaS companies managing 50–500 customer accounts with 3–15 CSMs. If you're using modern tools—Segment, Mixpanel, Zendesk, Stripe—you're ready to go.

Pricing

Usage-based model: $500–$2,000/month based on the number of accounts you monitor (50–500). Premium playbook templates and workflow automation available as add-ons.

FAQs

How long does setup take?

We're targeting a 2-week deployment for most mid-market stacks. Your onboarding specialist will handle API credential setup, data mapping, and team training—you focus on using the digest.

Do I need a data engineer?

No. RenewalRadar is built to work out of the box with pre-built connectors and automated scoring. No formula building or SQL required.

What if we use tools not on the connector list?

We're expanding connectors based on early-access feedback. If you have a specific tool in mind, let us know—we may be able to prioritize it or offer a custom integration path.

Can we customize the health score formula?

In the initial release, health scores are automated and pre-tuned for B2B SaaS renewal dynamics. We're exploring custom weighting options for premium customers in future releases.

How often is the digest updated?

Weekly by default (every Monday). We're designing the product to support higher-frequency updates based on customer feedback.
